A documentation of young percussionists in a village in the Southern Indian state of Kerala with a centuries-old tradition.
Ramachandran is a founder member and a principal mentor of Keli, a Mumbai based cultural organization. He initiates and executes the publication of two books by Keli: “Proud Imprints of Natyaveda” and “Abhinethri” (engl. “The Actress”). K. Ramachandran has got an award instituted by Kerala Kala Mandalam of the most outstanding short film devoted to performing arts.

9-year-old Yuki runs into her dead sister Iwa in a dream and realizes that from now on, nothing will ever again be the way it was.
Meikeminne Clinckspoor decided early age that she wanted to make children’s movies. She started a film education (2004) at the Film school KASK in Belgium, where she graduated in 2009 with her short film for children THE WISHING TREE. She directed several short films and has also written scripts. For her work she won several awards. Meikeminne also works as a professional children’s coach and casting director on international features.

Christian Paulussen, born in 1987 in Belgium, is a photographer and cinematographer. He attended art school in Gent and graduated from the Netherlands Filmacademy in 2011. His graduation film AN UNREMARKABLE LIFE received a nomination for the Golden Tadpole Cinematography award at Camerimage 2011. His body of work consists of both documentaries and fiction. He recently finished cinematography on his first feature CLOUDBOY to be released in 2017.

While Yaadi repairs the roof, he finds out all about his namesake Yaadikoone, who went down in history as the Robin Hood of Senegal.
Marc Picavez wrote his first script in highschool and won a script contest. Besides his anthropology studies, Marc Picavez created the Makiz’Art association and directed the film BUL DÉCONNÉ! (F 2005). Moreover he realized his own videoinstallation „Seamen’s Club“, which was produced by LIFE (Lieu International des Formes Emergentes) in Saint-Nazaire.

She is filthy and smells terrible. Life hasn’t brought her much happiness. But there’s Stan. He loves her and would like to marry her.
Mohammad Zare, born in Tabriz city in 1986, is an Iranian animator and director who has worked on projects for Iranian national TV. Shalale Kheiri was born in 1985 in Teheran. She began creating her own clay dolls in high school. From that time she became highly interested in making dolls and sculptures. In 2007 she started working in East Azerbayian’s province’s animation center (in the provincial branch of IRIB) and participated in the making of several 2D and 3D animations.
