How can critique of power be formulated with different art forms? How are differences and social inequalities presented and experienced in theater and cinema? In cooperation with the festival “Politics in Free Theater”, these questions will be discussed at LUCAS.
The film club Bickwechsel Jetzt! presents SIDEWALK STORIES by Charles Lane to the festival audience.
At the invitation of LUCAS, the Youth Advisory Board of the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt will screen the film DARK WATERS to coincide with the DFF’s current special exhibition, and invites you to a discussion following the screening.
On October 10, the anniversary of women’s solidarity against the Taliban, DFF’s Diversity Project 360° will screen the empowerment film LIFT LIKE A GIRL at LUCAS in solidarity with Afghan women.
