Gabriel wants to become part of the local choir that goes sledding in snowy northern Norway and collects donations for refugees. When his father gets into a fight with a refugee, his wish becomes a real challenge. What does this mean for Gabriel’s plan? (JP)


Torfinn Iversen (*1985, Norway) studied visual culture/television and film at the University of Lillehammer and then at Nordland College. After several internationally successful short films (e.g. LEVI’S HORSE, Berlinale Generation 2012), his first feature film OSKAR’S AMERICA won Best Feature Film in Section 8+ at LUCAS in 2017.  Currently, Iversen is working on his new feature film UNCLE EGG – SEARCHING FOR A DAD.
