Candice refuses to listen to her father and only has contempt left for her mother. Other than that, her epilepsy is troubling her. When she is almost kidnapped and then suffers a seizure, one of the attackers stays at her side. In Jacob she recognizes the young man who has lately inexplicably been dominating her dreams. She confidently draws closer to him and causes a turmoil in his gang. In intensive plays of light and color, the rough worlds 17-year old heroine come thick and fast. (AB)
