DIRECTOR
Andreas Cordes (*1981, Hamburg) and Robert Köhler (*1993, Hamburg) have been working together on a TV series before and are both making their directing debut with BOJE. Cordes previously worked as a screenwriter, while Köhler appeared mainly as an actor.

In a Palestinian village during the 1990 World Cup, Rafat and Fadel search for “Maradona’s legs” – the last missing sticker they still lack for their World Cup album. The way to this rare piece leads them further and further out of their home village.

DIRECTOR
Firas Khoury (*Eilaboun, Israel) is a Palestinian director, screenwriter and film mediator. He teaches film language at the ESAC Film College in Tunisia and is a founding member of the group “Falastinema”, which organizes film workshops and screenings throughout Palestine.

Franco-Italian Amelia Nanni studied film in Paris and Brussels and has travelled Asia in between. Her films revolve around encounters and fairy tales. She is currently working on her master’s thesis on travel notebooks and is preparing her first feature-length film.

I’M NOT SCARED OF THE CROCODILE

The crocodile does not like hunting and is kind to all animals. It even drinks tea with the duck. Something is strange here because the narrator determines that the crocodile has to be gentle. But at a certain point, the predator decides not to listen.

Marc Riba and Anna Solanas have been working together with doll animation for 18 years. They have produced a large number of short films which have been shown at more than 1000 festivals worldwide.

Mário Gajo de Carvalho (* 1978, Porto) studied art and film. After festival successes with OS MILIONÁRIOS and the experimental THE PLACE THAT REMAINS (2014), his film O RAPAZ E A CORUJA has already won awards at film festivals in the USA and Greece.
