WITH COURAGE AND IMAGINATION TONY AND SHELLY FACE THE DARKNESS
Tony has a special gift: he glows. But in a house with a monster that spreads bad vibes and darkness, he has a hard time with it. To protect him, his parents barely let him out the door — which can be quite stifling at times. But when Shelly moves in, using her flashlight to bring fantasy worlds to life, everything changes. Through their friendship, Tony learns to stand up to the darkness. With its outstanding use of imagery, this film, animated with great attention to detail, sets an example for greater compassion and cohesion. (JK)

Biography
Filip Pošivač specialized in animation during his studies at the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague. In 2015, he completed the short film DEEP IN MOSS, which was screened at numerous festivals. A year later, he followed up with a web series titled LIVE FROM THE MOSS, which followed up on the film. This year Filip directed the short film OVERBOARD!
